THE BRIEF

​

On designing the new headquarters for this client I worked in a small team of interior designers to re-imagine the existing multi-level floor plate into a contemporary workspace that embodies the brand's dynamic identity.

 

Setting a new benchmark for sustainable design with its targeted 6-star Green Star rating was also an important milestone which had to be met at every design decision.

 

Drawing inspiration from the clients innovative approach to property development, the fit-out combines functionality with refined aesthetics, creating an environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and a sense of community.

 

Carefully considered zoning defines distinct areas for client interaction and employee workspaces, ensuring a seamless flow that supports both public engagement and focused work. Thoughtfully designed breakout areas, meeting rooms, and open-plan workstations balance privacy and connectivity, reflecting the clients forward-thinking and people-centric ethos.
