Nestled within Sydney's Queen Victoria Building, the Dinosaur Designs retail space offers an exhilarating and distinct brand experience for its customers. Reflecting the essence of Dinosaur Designs products, the store embraces bold colour and form, inviting curiosity through its intriguing and maverick elements, guiding visitors on an exploratory journey.
Monolithic-shaped plinths at the storefront are crafted from vibrant recycled resin, showcasing key products at the front window. Upon entering, you are welcomed by undulating walls coated in a chalky clay render, punctuated with small arched display shelves that enhance the cozy, cave-like ambience.
The Point of Sale station stands out as a focal point, featuring a rounded Tasmanian oak table that doubles as a display cabinet, echoing the signature organic curves of Dinosaur Designs products and the store's overall aesthetic.
In the store's northern corner lies the gallery – a grotto-like room displaying Steven Ormandy's sculptural works. The products here are illuminated by shelving that highlights the rippled curvature of the blue cast concrete walls, creating an immersive and captivating atmosphere.

CUSTOM WINDOW DISPLAY
Swirling display plinths crafted from recycled resin are complemented by intricately laid crazy pave flooring throughout the interior.
When mixing and pouring resin for Dinosaur Design products there is often material left over.
This remaining resin has been thoughtfully repurposed to create these eye-catching display plinths.

WALL DISPLAYS
Upon entry the interplay of light and shadow on the clay display walls allude to a cavernous and ancient setting.
Mirrored backing behind the display shelves lets customers glimpse their reflections intertwined with the products, creating an immediate and personal connection.
FOCAL POINTS
