THE BRIEF

​Cosmetic refurbishment  of buffet-style restaurant (300 pax ) and café area (50 pax)

​

​The scope includes front-of-house upgrades focused on enhancing customer experience, flow, and ambiance, while retaining existing kitchen and services layout.

 

Key priorities include improved spatial zoning between the buffet and café areas, refreshed finishes and lighting, updated furniture and FF&E selection, and integration of branding through materiality and signage.
